Today I want to share with you the T.Q.R. of MLM List Building Success! If you have been online generating leads for your MLM opportunity, then knowing the T.Q.R. will boost your success in building your MLM.

So let me dive in and share with you the T.Q.R. of building a list that I learned by listening to Ewen Chia who happens to be a very successful online marketer who started marketing on the internet around 1997 or so.

Ewen Chia is an expert at building a list. Not just any list, but T.Q.R. list! And I want to share the T.Q.R. which is the 3 key elements you need when generating MLM leads for your business. I want to encourage you to know this 3 key elements to building a successful mlm pipeline of leads…

#1. “T” stands for TARGETED! Having a list of targeted prospect will make your mlm exerience wonderful! I’ve personally learned that the best way to build your mlm organization is to target frustrated individual that are already sold on network marketing/ mlm. They believe that mlm can work for them, but it is not currently working for them.

Believe it or not, they are willing to give mlm another try, if you have a proven system that is working and can get them to a place where their problem or dreams can be achieved!

#2. “Q” stands for QUALIFIED! Having a list of people that are willing to spend money is a qualified prospect! Because the truth in mlm is that you will need some capital to build your mlm business! You will need to purchase products, you will need to purchase marketing materials, you will need to advertise, DSL service, Ect..

So a Qualified prospect is someone who is willing to spend money! I believe to build a successful mlm organization you will need between $500 to $1000 of capial just to get started! This a good indicator if your prospect is Qualified to work with you!

#3. “R” stands of RESPONSIVE! A RESPONSIVE list is a list of people that take “ACTION!” I respect people that take action! I know you do! These are the people that showed up to those meetings. These are the people that showed up at the trainings! These are the people that traveled to the annual conventions! They are people that take action!

I’m one of them. And I’m not here to pat myself on the back. I’m saying that to achieve any type of success or even results you got to take action. I learned a long time ago that if I ever wanted to succeed in MLM I had to take action! I believe that you have to take action and work hard, be committed, and stay focused! I know that you are a person of action and responsive because you are reading this right now! So I congratulate you!
